Qualitative Analysis
For a qualitative analysis, assessment of likelihoods and consequences
according to a classification scheme specific to the project.
Consequences would be assessed for the areas of interest but would
probably include:
- cost
- delay
- personnel safety
- environmental impact
Risk levels would be determined using a matrix similar to that
depicted below:
