CGSS has been in existence for more than 16 years, and has offices in both the USA and the UK. The USA office is located in Columbus, Ohio while the UK office is based in Windsor, on the western edge of London. We provide specialist services to the CAD, Mining and Construction industries world wide. Using our skills in the application of computer techniques to solving problems, our primary operational areas are in the development and marketing of AutoCAD related software add-on's, application of CAD and GIS to the mining industry and in Risk Analysis and related techniques.

We are retained as consultants by a number of the world's well known mining operations and directly by international mining houses and construction companies. We have been involved in major construction projects and specialise in finding solutions for small, cost conscious operations.

In addition, we market and support the software we have developed to companies all around the globe.

Background

Other than the development of the software packages, most of the work done by our staff is at the client's site, as our strength lies in providing custom built solutions based on a thorough understanding of his requirements, by operating at the work face. We have provided this level of service to clients in the UK, USA, Chile, India, Canada, Southern Africa, Australia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Cuba.

We have worked with large consortia involved in major tunnelling and construction projects, both at tender stage and right through to construction; with teams working on the largest mining operations in the world; and with small owner operated pits. We have always returned to clients for follow up work.
