Database Applications Overview
- ATS, Authorisation Tracking System
-
ATS is a database based application used to track any documentation or process requiring controlled progress through any number of procedural approvals. Examples are invoice payment tracking, construction work permitting, blast control in open pits etc. etc.
The system allows users to create Routing Lists of individuals with varying levels of required authorisation. Authorisations are then created based on these routing lists and the authorisation is tracked through the process. Authoristaions can be held pending approval, or notified of approval, or held for closure pending approval.
A full reporting and realtime tracking interface tracks the authorisations as they move through the full approvals process. eMailing and SMS-ing informs all members of any process of any change in status of an authorisation.
- CordMan, Coordinate Management

The system allows for easy access to any point with sophisticated search and filtering tools.
